Boutique Your BnB offers the following types of products and services:

• Digital products — downloadable resources, guides, and tools (e.g. The Click Audit)

• Online courses and sprints — live and recorded programmes delivered digitally (e.g. Booked At First Glance Sprint)

• Group programmes — small-group guided experiences (e.g. The Concierge Edit)

• Done-for-you services — remote design plans delivered digitally (e.g. The Boutique Blueprint)

3. Purchasing From Us

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You are a UK resident or are purchasing in a personal or professional capacity

• The information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete

All purchases are processed through ThriveCart. By completing a purchase you also agree to ThriveCart’s terms of service.

A contract between you and us is formed when your payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal, as processed through ThriveCart.

5. Digital Products — Delivery and Access

Digital products are delivered immediately on purchase via a link on the thank you page or by email. It is your responsibility to save or download any files promptly.

For online programmes and sprints, access details and joining instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these within a few minutes of purchase.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address being provided at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on downloadable resources once they have been accessed or downloaded.

For live sprints and group programmes, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have attended the sessions, engaged with the material, and genuinely feel the programme has not delivered value, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the programme start date and we will issue a full refund.

For done-for-you services such as The Boutique Blueprint, refunds are not available once work has commenced. Any concerns about the quality of the deliverable should be raised within 7 days of delivery and we will work to address them.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer (i.e. not in the course of a business), you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases where you have not yet started to access the content.

By proceeding to access or download a digital product immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving your 14-day cancellation right in respect of that product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created and provided by Boutique Your BnB — including course materials, guides, tools, written content, and branding — is the intellectual property of Helen Winter / Boutique Your BnB and is protected by copyright.

When you purchase one of our products, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own business purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without written permission

• Share login credentials or access with others who have not purchased

• Use our content to create competing products or services

• Sell, rent, or sub-licence any of our materials

9. Disclaimer

Our products and services provide design and business guidance based on Helen Winter’s professional experience and expertise. Results will vary depending on your property, market, and implementation.

We do not guarantee specific booking outcomes, revenue increases, or occupancy rates as a result of using our products or services. Any examples or case studies shared are illustrative and not a promise of results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Community and Conduct

Access to our Skool community is included with certain products. By joining, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and in accordance with the community guidelines posted therein.

We reserve the right to remove access from any member who engages in behaviour that is abusive, disruptive, or contrary to the community guidelines, without refund.
